Welcome to the web pages of Space Geodetic Observation Center(SGOC).

SGOC is the 16th geodetic VLBI observatory in the world and the 3rd in Asia, and the pioneer of the new era of space geodetic survey in South Korea.
Our facilities are consist of main observation equipment and the operation building.
The main observation equipment is consist of VLBI antenna, receiver and data processing units.
And the operation building has operation room, data analysis room, information center.
Especially, information center has videos, replica of VLBI and panels to help the public better understand VLBI.
SGOC try to raise accuracy of national geodetic network of South Korea and try to prevent natural disaster with accurate geodetic survey. Our final goal is contributing to the international?community and improve national?prestige of South Korea.
